- We isolate your teeth so all soft tissue is completely covered from exposure to the whitening bleach
- We then complete 4 x 15 minute rounds of a light-activated whitening with a high-strength dental bleach
Although results vary between individuals, all of our patients see an amazing outcome!
- We take impressions of both upper and lower teeth and create custom trays that only cover your teeth.
- We supply you with a Take-Home Kit so you can apply it yourself in the comfort of your own home.
- We suggest using this for 30 minutes, 3-4 consecutive days in a row. This will help achieve the best results.

Opalescence is a different brand of in-chair whitening available. This is composed of a 40% Hydrogen Peroxide gel. No LED light is necessary because OB is chemically activated.
Opalescence In-chair whitening is a 70 minute appointment which gives instant results up to 8 shades brighter.
- We isolate your teeth so all soft tissue is completely covered from exposure to the whitening bleach
- We then complete 2-3 x 20 minute rounds of whitening with a high-strength dental bleach

- Do not smoke. It will harm the whitening and make the teeth yellow again in a short time.
- Avoid the consumption of soft drinks during 7 days after the treatment and don’t consume drinks with dyes, such as coffee, tea or red wine. To prevent these drinks from coming into contact with your teeth, you can use a straw.
- Avoid fruits or foods that can stain your teeth for the first weeks.
- A good hygiene routine is essential to preserve the whiteness of your teeth, so brush them three times a day thoroughly, helping you with utensils such as dental floss or mouthwash.
- Remember to have regular checkups to take care of your dental health.
